The quick answer

From idea to finished garment
The mark needs enough relief and contrast to remain legible at the final size. We review small details, borders, color separation, attachment area, seams, and the way the patch sits on the selected garment.
The finished result is also considered in use. A field jacket, cap, bag, or uniform encounters different movement, moisture, abrasion, and care, so the application should be planned around the real context.
Borders, raised levels, recessed areas, and small details are checked at the intended physical size.
The patch, backing, application method, fabric, seams, and care requirements need to be compatible.
We consider movement, pockets, zippers, panels, and the environment in which the garment will be worn.

Tactile identity elements for suitable backpacks, cases, totes, and accessories.
A distinctive alternative when flat print or thread does not match the desired visual language.
Planning answers
Silicone and TPU patches create molded, dimensional surfaces and crisp separated shapes. Embroidery builds the mark with thread. The better choice depends on the artwork, garment, texture, use, and desired finish.
Not automatically. Fabric, coatings, seams, stretch, heat sensitivity, attachment area, and care requirements must be reviewed before a patch application is confirmed.
Send vector artwork if available, the intended garment, patch size, colors, quantity, placement, preferred finish, and required delivery date. We will identify any artwork or application questions.
