The mark needs enough relief and contrast to remain legible at the final size. We review small details, borders, color separation, attachment area, seams, and the way the patch sits on the selected garment.

What is the difference between a silicone or TPU patch and embroidery?
Silicone and TPU patches create molded, dimensional surfaces and crisp separated shapes. Embroidery builds the mark with thread. The better choice depends on the artwork, garment, texture, use, and desired finish.
Can a 3D patch be used on any garment?
Not automatically. Fabric, coatings, seams, stretch, heat sensitivity, attachment area, and care requirements must be reviewed before a patch application is confirmed.
What should I send for a patch quote?
