Printing Methods & Quality
Belle Maya Prints offers DTF printing, embroidery, screen printing, and 3D silicone or TPU patch options. The suitable method depends on the garment, material, artwork, placement, quantity, and intended use.
DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing transfers artwork from a prepared film onto compatible fabric using heat and adhesive powder. It can support detailed, full-color artwork on many common apparel fabrics; compatibility is confirmed for the selected garment.
DTF can support both light and dark compatible garments by using a white ink layer beneath the artwork. Color output and garment compatibility are reviewed during proofing.
Durability depends on the garment, decoration method, use, and care. Follow the care instructions supplied for the finished item, including washing inside out in cold water and avoiding direct heat on the decoration.
Common projects include t-shirts, hoodies, polo shirts, sweatshirts, jerseys, hats, and other apparel. The garment and material are reviewed before the decoration method is confirmed.
Belle Maya Prints can quote available blank apparel. If you want to provide garments, include the brand, style, material, and quantity so compatibility and acceptance can be reviewed before you send anything.
Design & Artwork
Design support is available. Send your idea, logo, sketch, or concept, and the team will confirm the artwork work required and include its scope in the project quote.
You can provide common raster, PDF, or vector artwork files. Vector artwork is preferred for logos when available. If your file needs preparation, the team will review the required artwork support with you.
DTF can reproduce full-color artwork, gradients, and photos on compatible garments. Screen printing and embroidery have different color and detail considerations, which are reviewed with the selected method.
Provide Pantone or other brand color references with your artwork. The team will review the closest achievable result for the selected garment, ink, thread, or patch material during proofing.
We can only print designs you own or have permission to use. For licensed characters, sports teams, or copyrighted artwork, you must provide written authorization. We take intellectual property rights seriously.

Care & Materials
Turn the shirt inside out before washing, use cold water and a gentle cycle, use mild detergent, avoid bleach and fabric softener, air dry or tumble dry on low heat, and do not iron directly on the decoration. Follow any garment-specific care instructions supplied with the order.
Available blanks vary by project and inventory and may include cotton, cotton-polyester blends, polyester performance fabrics, or tri-blends. Share the desired feel and use so a suitable garment can be quoted.
Measure the chest around its fullest part and compare it with the size chart for the exact garment style. Sizing varies by brand and cut, so use the selected garment’s chart rather than assuming the same size across products.
DTF can reproduce full-color photos and gradients on compatible garments. Send the highest-resolution original available; the team will review image quality, print dimensions, garment compatibility, and any preparation work before approval.
Yes. Material composition, sourcing claims, and certifications vary by blank garment and decoration supply. Ask for the specific documentation you need so availability can be verified for the products in your quote.
Logo & Design Printing
Yes. Send the highest-quality logo or artwork file available; vector artwork is preferred for logos. The team will review color, detail, size, placement, garment compatibility, and any required file preparation before proofing.
Embroidered logo projects begin with artwork review and digitization into a stitch file. A proof confirms size, placement, and colors before approved garments move into production. Embroidery is commonly considered for polo shirts, hats, jackets, and corporate apparel.
Describe the event, audience, colors, wording, and artwork direction in your request. The team will confirm what existing assets or design support are available for the project.
DTF is often considered for detailed, full-color artwork on compatible apparel. Embroidery is often considered for stitched logos on structured garments. Silicone or TPU patches can provide a raised branding element. The final method is confirmed after the garment, artwork, placement, quantity, use, and budget are reviewed.
